Private by design.

Resumes and assessments live in Canada, and our terms spell out where every step runs.

  • Zero Data Retention

The AI steps run on Amazon Bedrock, in Canada or the United States. AWS keeps nothing from them.

  • Retention you set

Candidate records are deleted automatically after the period your organization sets, 1 to 5 years from upload, or a year after the last hiring decision, whichever is later. Your team can delete one sooner.

  • Fingerprinted files

Every file gets a one-way fingerprint, so the same resume sent twice to a posting is recognized as one.

  • Locked-down accounts

Two-factor sign-in your organization can require, one device at a time by default, roles and an audit trail.

  • Removed in code

Name, contact details, profile handles and labelled personal fields are removed before a resume is scored.

Frequently asked questions

Does Asperadi reject candidates?

No. It orders the list best to worst and explains each assessment, and it rejects no one. Every assessed resume stays on the list; a resume it could not assess is listed under Flagged resumes instead, and a file it could not read stays under Submissions. Your team decides what happens next, and a decision recorded in Asperadi carries a note.

Who is Asperadi for?

In-house hiring teams, startups and high-performance agencies. A team lead can post a role, read the ranked list and start interviews from the top, with no extra hiring step in between. Every resume stays on the list, and your team decides.

How does Asperadi work?

Resumes arrive through your designated inbox or a posting's apply page. Asperadi extracts each file, removes name, email, phone, and address in code, then assesses the text against your job postings, with a band and a written rationale per criterion. The review list is ranked best to worst, so your team sees the strongest matches first. A recruiter can open the assessment, add a decision note, and choose what happens next.

For a walkthrough, see the Demo and Features.

What does the AI model see?

Our code removes name, email, phone, and address before an AI model assesses the resume; no model does the removing. A first step reads the full resume to find those identifiers, and the assessment runs in a fresh session with no memory of that step. The model runs on Amazon Bedrock, which is set to keep none of the text it receives. AWS and the model's developer do not use it to train models. Your team still sees the full resume when reviewing and reaching out.

Which languages does it read?

English and other Latin-script resumes. Asperadi is not offered in Québec.

How are credits used?

Reading a resume and assessing a resume against a posting each use credits. Settings → Billing shows this period's use.

How do resumes get into Asperadi?

Connect a designated inbox, publish a posting's apply page, or upload files. Each resume is extracted, matched to its postings, assessed, and stored as a candidate profile your team can work from. PDF, Word (.docx) and plain text (.txt) are supported.

How is candidate information handled?

Resumes are personal information. Identifiers are removed in code only for the AI model; your team keeps full access for review and outreach. Resumes are stored in Canada, and the AI steps may run in Canada or the United States, which our terms disclose to customers, so they can tell their candidates. See our Privacy Policy for retention and how to reach us.
