Frequently asked questions

What does every seat include?

Every seat includes inbox scanning, resume screening, follow-up assistance, candidate management and file storage. File storage is for resumes received via automated intake or manual upload, not general file storage for anything else. Resume uploads, and each job posting a resume is assessed against, are paid from credits.

What does each seat cost?

Each seat is US$1,500 or CA$2,145 a quarter and comes with 37,500 credits a quarter. Credits for the whole billing period are added when each quarterly or annual invoice is paid, and a seat added mid-period gets credits for the time left in the period once its charge is paid. They go into the same balance as credits you buy, and you can buy more under Settings → Billing at any time.

How do I buy credits?

The Owner or an Administrator buys credits under Settings → Billing: packs of $25, $100 or $500, or any amount from $5 to $5,000 USD. Credits carry over from month to month while your account is open.

What happens when credits run out?

New resume intake, extraction and assessment pause when the balance is used up, or runs more than 50 credits per occupied seat below zero (a paid seat nobody has joined adds none), and your team sees a notice. If the balance goes below zero more than three times in 30 days, they pause at any balance below zero. A model call already running finishes. Your records, assessments and decisions stay, and your team can still sign in, review them and record decisions. Owners can export data, and Owners and Administrators can buy credits. Emailed resumes that wait more than 30 days are deleted. Processing resumes once added credits bring the balance back above zero.

Can I add more seats?

Choose 1 to 50 seats at checkout, all at the same price. After you subscribe, the Owner or an Administrator changes seats under Settings → Billing, from 1 to 50. An added seat starts now, charged for the time left in the billing period with credits for that time, or at the next renewal. A removal takes effect at the next renewal, with no refund. If more people hold seats than remain, pending invitations go first, then Recruiters, Managers and Administrators, newest first. While the subscription is set to end, seats can change once the Owner undoes the cancellation. For more than 50 seats, contact us.

How is the subscription billed?

Seats are billed in advance, every quarter or every year, in US or Canadian dollars, whichever you choose. Annual billing costs 10% less than quarterly, for as long as the subscription runs. Prices are before tax. Extra credits are bought separately.

What happens if I cancel?

The Owner can cancel under Settings → Billing. The subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and the Owner can undo the cancellation until then. When it ends, the account closes and the Owner can still export its data. Organization data is kept for a 60-day recovery window, then deleted. Unused credits are not refunded when you cancel.

How does Asperadi work?

Resumes arrive through your designated inbox or a posting's apply page. Asperadi extracts each file, removes name, email, phone, and address in code, then assesses the text against your job postings, with a band and a written rationale per criterion. The review list is ranked best to worst, so your team sees the strongest matches first. A recruiter can open the assessment, add a decision note, and choose what happens next.

For a walkthrough, see the Demo and Features.

Does Asperadi reject candidates?

No. It orders the list best to worst and explains each assessment, and it rejects no one. Every assessed resume stays on the list; a resume it could not assess is listed under Flagged resumes instead, and a file it could not read stays under Submissions. Your team decides what happens next, and a decision recorded in Asperadi carries a note.

What does the AI model see?

Our code removes name, email, phone, and address before an AI model assesses the resume; no model does the removing. A first step reads the full resume to find those identifiers, and the assessment runs in a fresh session with no memory of that step. The host of the AI model is set to keep none of the text it receives. Your team still sees the full resume when reviewing and reaching out.

How do resumes get into Asperadi?

Connect a designated inbox, publish a posting's apply page, or upload files. Each resume is extracted, matched to its postings, assessed, and stored as a candidate profile your team can work from. PDF, Word (.docx) and plain text (.txt) are supported.

How is candidate information handled?

Resumes are personal information. Identifiers are removed in code only for the AI model; your team keeps full access for review and outreach. Resumes are stored in Canada, and the AI steps may run in Canada or the United States, which our terms disclose to customers, so they can tell their candidates.
