Features
Everything Asperadi does, in one place.
01
Inbox Scanning
Send resumes to your designated inbox and Asperadi takes it from there: one resume per email is picked up, read and gathered in one place for review. A file that can't be read stays visible, so a person can follow up.
02
Apply Page
Each posting can have its own public page where candidates apply. It shows a short paragraph about the role, its details and your criteria. Candidates attach or type a resume, and can add their preferred contact details. You edit the page as candidates see it, then publish. Resumes sent there join the posting's ranked list.

Identity Redaction
Name, email, phone number and address are removed in code before any assessment begins. A first step reads the full resume to find them, and the assessment then runs in a fresh session with no memory of that step. When it's time to decide, your team sees the full contact details.

04
Resume Screening
Each resume is assessed against your posting's criteria, with a band and a plain-language rationale for each criterion it assesses. Criteria can be edited until the first resume arrives. The list is ranked best to worst, so the strongest matches come first. The assessment is evidence to weigh; the decision to advance or decline stays with the recruiter.
05
Enhanced Security
Postings, resumes and decisions live in your team's own workspace, behind your sign-in. Two-factor authentication, role-based access and an audit trail are built in for the people who handle candidate files. Organization preferences set who sees every posting and whether everyone must use two-factor.

Candidate Management
Each candidate has a profile that outlives a single posting, so a later application can be found again. Stage is set by your recruiters, and notes stay on the record so everyone on the desk can see what's already been done.

Resume Storage
The original file stays with the candidate's record, so a recruiter can open it after the assessment. Resumes are deleted on a fixed schedule, or sooner if you delete them, and every download is a deliberate action.
